The Farm Welcome Center hours are 1 to 5 pm April 1-October 31. During the school year we have a community dinner which is a $8/plate benefit for The Farm School. The Welcome Center offers 2-hr community tours, please write or email vickie@thefarmcommunity.com to make reservations. The Farm Store is open to the public daily 10am to 9pm. Yoga classes are offered four days/wk, please call Deborah at 931-964-2432 to sign up. Farm roads are bike friendly and there are miles of walking trails, but please do not go into deep forest without a guide. How to VisitLocated on 6 square miles in south central Tennessee, The Farm is home to approximately 200 persons today. We offer camping and lodging from $14 per night, guided tours, and group programs in renewable energy, natural building, organic gardening, constructed wetlands, and ecovillage design. Plan your next trip to Tennessee with an overnight stop at The Farm Eco Hostel Reservations: Stay at the hostel a while visiting The Farm ecovillage-in-process and get a feel for the lifestyle. Tours of the Ecovillage Training Center and the Farm Community can be arranged. Also available on request are presentations on the history of The Farm, the ecovillage movement, and principles of ecological design. Please contact us in advance to book your group. Some dates may be closed because of education activities, community events or festivals. No pets, please.
