Woodland Masquerade Ball

Saturday, Aug 12, 2017

7:00pm - 11:45pm

Join us in the Grand Hall of the Ecovillage Training Center, for An Evening of Enchantment and Artistic Unveiling!

The evening will be full of music, art, dancing, and merry-making. Arrive in costume if you wish though it is not required.

There will be art! Mystical landscapes will displayed by Farm Member Shelly Winifred Barger. Also, an unveiling of a gem-like bottle wall as a permanent installation for the Grand Hall. The Bottle wall began as a workshop in 2016 lead by Hayley Joyell Smith (a Farm resident) and Teresa Blownfuse White-Barton (of Memphis Studio 1688).

While is in not required, all are encouraged to dress-up. The theme is woodland, so think of nymphs, fairies, elves, and other mystical creatures. And of course a masquerade would not be complete without masks! We will have a costume contest and winners will be announced around 8:30.

Each ticket includes a drink. We will have a brew from the Farm Brewer's Co-op made especially for this event. A porter even Pan himself would enjoy! We will also have tasty non-alcoholic beverages to offer as well. Light snacks will be provided as a tasty treat but not to filly your belly.

We are still looking for a live band. Ideas? Message Hayley at the Ecovillage Training Center.

Tickets are $10 for Farm Residents and $15 for all guests of Farm residents. We will have will be available to sell tickets at the ETC on the following days:
